In an effort to follow MDH/CDC recommendations regarding social distancing, Excelsior City Hall is closed to the public until March 31st. The City has a City Hall Continuation Plan and will be utilizing the drop box outside of City Hall to accept documents. City staff will check the box frequently and call you to let you know they received it.
