In 2019 the City of Excelsior and Community for the Commons agreed to undertake the Commons’ first Master Plan Improvement Project – a new bandshell. The Project Advisory Committee (PAC) made up of city council, staff, residents, and members of C4C and Historic Preservation Commission have been working all summer on the Bandshell design based on the past 5 years of public engagement on how our community would like to use the park.
