City of Excelsior Snow Emergency in Effect. If you are parking on the street between 1:00 AM and 7:00 AM on 3/6 please park on the EVEN side of the street or your vehicle will be ticketed and towed. If you were already parked on that side of the street last night and there is snow around your vehicle, please move the vehicle further away from the accumulated snow so that it can be plowed.
