The City of Excelsior is proud to proclaim May as National Historic Preservation Month. At the April 21st Council Meeting, Mayor Gary Ringate signed the official proclamation. This will be a great opportunity to celebrate, promote, and highlight the historic places that make the city so special. In addition, the City of Excelsior recognizes the residents, past and present, who volunteer their time serving as commissioners, council members, property owners who own historic properties and business owners who keep the city thriving.
