50 trees will be planted at the Excelsior Commons. No previous experience is necessary.
Requirements:
- Register - All volunteers must register for the event through Eventbrite.
- Provided – Tree Trust provides gloves, snacks, tools, training, and trees!
- Bring - Water for drinking.
- Wear – Weather appropriate clothing and sturdy closed-toe shoes (work boots preferred).
What to expect on site:
- Check in at the white Tree Trust tent to get a name tag, gloves, and assignment to a planting group.
- Tree Trust will do a tool training and tree planting demonstration.
- You will break into planting groups lead by our trained Branch Managers and plant trees with your team.
