The Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks both civil and criminal (i.e., prosecution) services. Firms or individuals are welcome to submit proposals for one or both of these duties. Responses are due by October 10, 2024. The city is also exploring (as an alternative to engaging a contract city attorney) the possibility of hiring an in-house attorney as a part time city attorney or a combination of attorney and assistant to the city manager.
