Notice to Excelsior Residents - Utility Billing Error
Third quarter utility bills did not have the seasonal sewer rate applied, resulting in an error on residents’ bills.
Corrected utility bills will be mailed out this weekend (October 11-13). If you have already paid your third quarter utility bill, a credit will be applied to your account for the fourth quarter bill.
