The City of Excelsior is seeking to fill a vacancy ending December 31, 2026. Among many other functions, Excelsior City Council Members are responsible for establishing priorities, making policy decisions, enacting ordinances, adopting the budget, and participating on subcommittees as assigned. City Council Members serve at large, meaning they represent the entire city and not a specific ward or section of the city.
