Parking Recommendations
To allow adequate parking close by for customers, business owners and/or employees should park in the municipal lots in the six-hour parking areas, those areas that are striped with yellow paint.
Parking Permits
Parking permits are available for Excelsior businesses or employees at a cost of $225 per/year. With a parking permit, employees are allowed to park in any public spaces including the Pay for Parking areas without having to use the meters. If you are parking in a Pay for Parking area, please abide by the parking time limits. Annual parking permits are good from January 1 through December 31.
