The City of Excelsior hired Barr Engineering to conduct soil sampling at the Community Gardens. The samplings were performed on June 30th and July 1st, 2025. The investigation results indicate that soil samples collected and analyzed at the Excelsior Studer Parkland Community Gardens are below applicable MPCA criteria for their current land use.
